We understand that insurance can be a hassle, and we commit to helping you work with your insurance company to pay its portion of the bills quickly. In most cases, we can file insurance forms for you if you bring your insurance information with you to the office. If you ever need us to supply dental records, or communicate in any way with your insurance company, please let us know. We're on your side.

Information such as an your insurance identifier, Social Security Number and date of birth are necessary to inquire with your insurance company as to specific benefits available to you.  Providing this with your first contact, before your first appointment, will greatly speed the planning of treatment for you as a patient.  By supplying insurance information early, we can estimate your benefits and create a treatment plan that works with your policy.  This also helps in reducing misunderstandings and everyone is happier with the treatment.

If you participate in an HMO you should check with the carrier.  HMOs have a very specific list of dentists for which they provide benefits, and if you are treated by a dentist not on their list, they will deny benefits.

As a matter of security and privacy, please refrain from submitting personal data such as Social Security Number, insurance policy number, or specific medical information via email or across the internet to us.  This helps us ensure your safety and privacy.
