Emergencies

If you find yourself in need of emergency treatment, payment in full will be required at the time of service. This allows us to focus on providing relief and helps you get the treatment you need quickly. If you are in a tight spot with finances, please let us know. Advise the receptionist of your situation and limitations you have financially so we can plan for your relief accordingly.

Payment Options

Under normal office visits, we have the following financial structure available.

1. If you choose to pay in advance of your treatment we extend a 10% cash courtesy as you save us additional administrative costs.
2. If you are covered by insurance and we have verified your benefits, there is usually a small co-pay required by the insurance company that is due at time of service.
3. If you choose we can set up a monthly payment plan. We offer up to 1 year same as cash. This option does require a credit application, and we can approve credit within 20 minutes or less.

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and bank and debit cards are accepted at our office.
